1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Impact Public Affairs LLC's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Impact Public Affairs LLC provides management consulting services including but not limited to:

• • Process optimization and performance management
• • AI-powered business insights and analytics

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• • Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance
• • Custom consulting projects require 50% payment upfront
• • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and QuickBooks payments
• • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
• • All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools developed by Impact Public Affairs LLC remain our intellectual property. Client-specific deliverables and recommendations become the property of the client upon full payment. Clients grant us the right to use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and strategic plans. All team members sign comprehensive non-disclosure agreements. Client data is protected using industry-standard security measures and is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Impact Public Affairs LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our recommendations are based on information provided by clients and market conditions at the time of analysis.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination is permitted for breach of contract, non-payment, or violation of confidentiality agreements. Upon termination, all work products completed and paid for will be delivered to the client.
